Andre Karam has been a part of Sam Karam & Sons for over 30 years, beginning his journey at just 15 years old. Working alongside his father, he gained hands-on experience in construction, customer service, and business management. More than just a learning experience, it was time he cherished—working side by side with his dad every day.
In 2001, Andre took over the company’s daily operations, carrying forward the same dedication and values his father instilled in him. He takes great pride in leading the business, embracing both the challenges and rewards that come with the construction industry. His role also allows him to balance his professional life while making time for his wife and family.
Outside of work, Andre enjoys skiing, exercising, and spending time outdoors. His passion for both his career and personal life reflects his unwavering commitment to excellence in everything he does.

How It All Started
In 1974, our founder, Sam Karam, immigrated to America from Lebanon, seeking a brighter future for his family. He began his journey as a laborer for Rene Charbonneau Home Improvements in New Bedford, MA. Through hands-on experience, Sam quickly realized his dream of owning and operating his own construction company. He understood that the key to building a successful business was simple: provide honest, knowledgeable, and high-quality service—and always get the job done right the first time.
Sam dedicated himself to learning the trade, apprenticing, and eventually earning his Construction Supervisor license. His reputation for excellence and integrity quickly spread, allowing him to secure work on his own. As the business grew and flourished, Sam recognized the need for additional support. In 2001, he entrusted his sons with overseeing the daily operations, transforming the company into a proud, family-owned and operated business.
Today, Sam Karam & Sons continues to uphold Sam’s customer-first philosophy. We pair that commitment with ongoing research, training, and the implementation of the latest energy-efficient building technologies, ensuring we deliver the best possible results for our clients.
